The best prospects for Mary Kay Consultants to sponsor in their Mary Kay business are those that are laser targeted. It is very easy if you know exactly what you are doing online to target people who are looking for exactly what you have to offer be it business opportunity, products or services.
Most direct sales marketing reps and distributors who use the internet use this very formula of working with only targeted leads and they are able to sponsor hundreds and thousands of people into their direct sales marketing business.

I see people running around doing so much, talking to strangers in the mall because they have to follow the 3 feet rule, harass family and friends to a point where they do not pick up the phone any more etc. All you are doing is toiling and toiling and you are not catching anything.
When you learn how to cast your net in the right place, you will be amazed how many prospects are waiting. It will blow your mind the number of people that are out there looking for exactly what you have to offer.
The problem is you have not showed up yet because like Peter and his disciple friends, you are too busy just throwing the nets all over hoping to catch someone and that “someone” will sign up with you to become a Mary Kay Consultant on your Mary Kay team.
The one thing I love about most direct sales marketing businesses like Mary Kay is the fact that they are “Copy Cat Businesses” What do I mean by that? As long as you are willing to learn, all you have to do is find someone who is very successive and copy exactly what they are doing.
The way people do business today is very different than they did 10 or 20 years ago. So you want to copy someone who is currently using modern day’s technology to build success. There are several Mary Kay Consultants and directors who are utilizing the power of the internet but you have to learn how to go about that.

Maybe you just need to take time out and go back to the drawing board and really figure out this whole Mary Kay Business thing. Pick and chose how you want to market your business. If what you are doing is working perfectly ok for you and other Mary Kay Consultants on your team then you do not need to change.
